As you know, John is running for the position of Town Councillor, Ward 1 in the upcoming October 25th municipal elections.
John and Beth are hosting a campaign get-together at BHYC, Wednesday, September 15th, 6:30 – 8:30 pm. Dinner and light refreshments provided. (Cash bar.)
Proceeds to worthwhile causes
John will be paying for the evening out of his campaign funds. There will, however, be an admission charge of $10.00. All proceeds from the evening will be donated in equal portions to:
Bronte Harbour Yacht Club’s long running and well-received Visually Impaired Sailing Program (VIP); and
Ian Anderson House, Ontario’s first in-resident cancer hospice located in Oakville that offers, without charge, quality end-of-life palliative care.
